Position: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Graduated in Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1-2 Years of UAE Experience in ICT field, especially selling active network components, either in channel sale or direct sale.
  • Valid UAE driving license

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Identifying new sales leads and pitching suitable products.
  • Developing sales goals and business strategy for the team and ensuring they are met.
  • Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets.
  • Researching the needs of customers and understanding who makes decisions about purchasing.
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

When it comes to the challenge of actually selling, other typical duties include: 

  • Developing new channel partner and customer and convert them in to clients.
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
  • Building trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers.
  • Experienced at preparing and presenting quarterly goals and forecasts for future projects.
  • Managing records of sales, revenue, and other important data.
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  • Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
  • Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
  • Motivating team members to exceed expected goals
  • Abide company policies and procedures
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
